I am always preaching about economics because they drive the price of real estate and rents. Most of you are probably sick of hearing about it but....
CREB just released this document that has more graphs that you can shake a stick at and strangely they get me very excited about the future of Calgary Real Estate!
We all know that the past couple of years have been a struggle and arguably there are some clouds on the horison with the US and European Debt issues. But there is also some upside! Jobs are being created in YYC, the population is growing, there is healthy GDP activity and like it or not there is inflation taking place.
