Finding Cash Flow In Calgary

I recently did a presentation for about 300 Real Estate Investment Network (REIN) members to help them find cash flow possitive properties in Calgary.   Finding cash flow is the #1 challenge for most new investors and most give up before they even get close.

I came accross average rent by nieghbourhood data from www.rentfaster.ca and combined it with average sales prices by neighbourhood which I got from my agent Brett Turner from Redline Real Estate Group.  Combine those two together and you get some very powerful numbers that should help investors save hours and hours searching for that elusive cash flow sweet spots!

My only goal of the evening was to give back to a community that has given me so much.... The feedback blew my mind!
