42 127 Cary Renovation Is Complete

Hi everyone,
just a quick update. We finished our renovation of 127 Cary! It turned out amazing....maybe too well as Tammy wants to move there but alas we are going to put it on the market!!
I want to say thanks to everyone that made this project a success in an unusually short time frame! Martin Redman and his wife Anni really took this project by the horns and I want to congratulate them on a job well done. All of the sub-trades were great to work with and the attention to detail was much appreciated.
It is now up to Richard Greaves to get this house SOLD! We are pricing it for a quick sale as we are simply looking to move to the next project! I look forward to seeing what sort of action Richard can generate for us but I have the up most confidence in his abilities and marketing prowess.

Aydin Odyakmaz is going to be doing some profesional videos for us and my wife Tammy Hanratty will be working her magic with some interior photos.
The great thing about this project was really getting professionals at every step of the way and getting out of their way. It was really fun to be a part of!
