At the core: Wade is a Bow Valley resident who passionately maintains a balanced life portfolio that celebrates family, work, success and of course, fun. Wade has lived in the Banff and Canmore since 2001 with his wife Tammy Hanratty and his dog Tasha. They're expecting their first child February 2010.

Professionally: Wade holds a degree in Computer Information Systems and many certifications in the field. With over 10 years of entrepreneurial and project management experience in the design and information technology industry Wade officially launched Higher Ground in 2006.

-To date Higher Ground owns $4.5M in real estate assets with partners and investors. All of these assets are designed to create sustainable cash flow back to the company and investors.

Most notably: Wade is an innovative problem solver with strong leadership skills, negotiates fairly and has insightful financial and partnership management expertise.
